Add hours and pay
Set working hours and pay information for employees to speed up scheduling.
To speed up shift scheduling, the first thing to do in Pilla is to build a template of each employee's hours and pay. Pilla also needs this information, to calculate gross payroll. All of this information is provided in one pop up box on the shifts page.
💡 You might be thinking “My staff don’t work similar hours’. If this is the case, you should still populate some hours and pay for staff because it will speed up shift scheduling. If you don’t, you will have to create shifts from scratch every time.
