Highlighting issues
Making sure that staff can escalate issues to management is super important.
Issues happen every week in your industry, so it’s important that you have a way for management to find out about them.
💡 When a check is highlighted with an issue, the leader of the team that the checklist belongs to will get a push notification on their app telling them about their issue.
💡 In order for more people to be alerted to the issue, the staff member who finds the issue should leave a comment on the issue and use the @ symbol to tag the relevant people.
