Assign workflows to work on
When you’ve got your templates, the next thing to do is assign them to people to work on when needed.
Each time you assign a workflow template, the template basically duplicates itself and becomes live for the people you have selected.
💡 Only the people you have selected can see the live workflow (apart from directors who can see everything). So make sure you assign it to the right people.
