Export gross pay
Export gross pay weekly or monthly as a CSV file for your accountant or payroll software.
This is the last step in the shift management process - paying staff. Up to this point, you should have scheduled shifts, approved timesheets and locked each day. Now you can export either a weekly or monthly payroll as a CSV file.
💡 In order to export a CSV for any period, all days must be locked in that period. So let’s say you’ve locked Monday - Saturday on any given week, you won’t be able to export payroll until you’ve locked the Sunday. The same applies for monthly periods.
